Diageo : Store development
Working with Diageo and a key retailer at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport, we performed store audits and used in depth analysis to develop a new store layout and category execution.
Shopper behaviour study
We installed more than 20 cameras in to the main duty free store at Geneva airport and captured the behaviours of more than 20,000 shoppers. We identified the truths of penetration and conversion across all categories and leading brands.
Kraft : Shopper observation
We observed and analysed the behaviours of more than 30,000 shoppers in Singapore, Bangkok and Frankfurt airports, using the findings to develop improved retail, brand and category execution.
Nestlé: Brand research study
We researched shoppers of KITKAT and SMARTIES across 10 of the worlds key airports to understand their motivations for purchase and attitudes towards the brand.
WDF: Retail activation support
We deployed trained staff into key WDF locations to support in store video screen activity of the Nestlé Swiss brand. Sales of the brand increased by more than 500% during the period of the campaign.
M&S: F2G retail segmentation
We researched how shoppers made their buying decisions when purchasing food to go and used this insight to develop a clear range, merchandising and communication plan. Sales increased by more than +10%.
