8. Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy
8.1 CiR cannot accept returns of products once they have been downloaded or delivered, due to the nature of the information transaction. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make themselves aware of the information relating to their selected purchase before placing an order. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management committee.
8.2 Product delivery is through download unless alternative arrangements have been made.
