8. Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy

8.1 CiR cannot accept returns of products once they have been downloaded or delivered, due to the nature of the information transaction. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make themselves aware of the information relating to their selected purchase before placing an order. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management committee.

8.2 Product delivery is through download unless alternative arrangements have been made. To being the ordering process select the chosen product for purchase and click Add to Cart to add to the Shopping Cart. To complete the order process click Checkout and follow the payment instructions. Once payment has been accepted you will be provided with download instructions. 9.2 If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of them.
